possibility of a loft conversion. An extension into the loft area is an extremely popular way of
extending your living space but often involves very complex works with the removal of principal
roof members and strengthening works to the main roof construction is required. Loft conversions
require careful consideration during the design process when removing structural supports to the
roof etc. and therefore require experienced designers, engineers and trade professionals to
undertake this type of work. At Building Design Solutions  we have all the required
skilled professionals to ensure that the design and construction of your loft conversion is a

Building Refurbishments:

Refurbishments to your home or office is good way to refresh or open up rooms to make more use of the current space. This often involves the installation of structural lintels and complex support works. At Building design solutions we have a Structural Engineer who supports the business and prepares structural reports to confirm the size of the lintels over the openings. This report is required to be submitted with the Building Notice application to the Local Authority Building Control. We can organise the submission of this application for you and we also have the specialist trades people to undertaken this type of work.
